Our Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Have all original tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM EST.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions and a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization and label.

Return Shipping

Cruxplug LLC will cover the cost of return shipping by providing you with a prepaid label. We highly recommend using the provided label and tracking your return shipment. Cruxplug LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if you do not use our provided label.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email when we have received your returned item and again after completing the inspection, informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

No restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost to you.
