Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Cruxplug LLC are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Destinations
Cruxplug LLC currently ships to all addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping method for all orders:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Cruxplug LLC’s control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed with Cruxplug LLC, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed, or if you have any concerns about your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Cruxplug LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
